The staff are clearly not trained in hospitality although they care a lot

The bed was comfortable.

The pool looked like pea soup, lunch took 2 hours to prepare and was over baked and dried out chicken. Dinner I ordered t-bone steak and was served cremated beef chuck. Constant tripping of the lights and sockets. Went for a drink in the bar... no tonic warer and no ice! This property is hugely mispresented on Booking.com! Staff and their friends constantly having noisy gatherings outside the guest rooms. Dining room and reception areas smell of stale food. Kitchen in a horrible srate of hygiene... Sorry but this property was very unplwasant to stay at.

Lovely lodge with clean and spacious rooms. Safe and secure parking too.

The power generator wasn’t functioning at the time of my visit.

The warm hospitality of the staff and catering services

The place is safe and secure with good parking in front of the unit. Card coded entry on the front door.

The shower had no door, wetting the tiles and causing a slipping hazard. If you put a towel down to step on, the bathroom door can not open.

The place is clean and in a quiet environment

The room had no refrigerator something a own should condider

The room was nice and spacious with a mini kitchen. The Bed was big and comfortable. The towels were enough and clean! The room catered for self-catering facilities! It was like a mini apartment and that was great!

The place can do with a stricter rule on bedding cleanliness. There were dead insects on the bed near the pillows which was unacceptable. The water pressure for the hand basin was quite low in the bathroom..

The facilities were really good. It felt executive! My friends also liked the breakfast
