College Hill Shrewsbury

Everything was perfect. The house is fantastic, big, clean with all the facilities you want. The location perfect, very closed to the center of the town, but you need gps to find the way. Karl, the owner, was very helpfull and friendly

Lovely central apartment close to the bars, restaurants and shops of Shrewsbury. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Great location, shops nearby, good places to eat nearby. Apartment was lovely and felt like listed building but inside was cosy and comfortable. Great stay and Karl the owner was in touch to check we had everything we needed. Nice touch with bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Overall, great experience- would recommend if visiting Shrewsbury.

Perfectly situated in the centre of the lovely town of Shrewsbury. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need and is well maintained and exceptionally clean. Had to contact Karl on a couple of occasions with minor issues and he responded immediately with a quick solution. Karl also left us a few welcoming gifts and was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Karl.

Softer pillows would be our preference but that's just nitpicking and our guests were perfectly happy with theirs.

The location of College Hill is perfect. A quiet area but right in the middle of town, only minutes walk from the museum, shops and restaurants.

The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds but located in the basement so without natural light.

Place was very comfortable and clean, great facilities and couldn't get a better location very central to Shrewsbury town

All three bedrooms are in the basement, the stairs down to the bedrooms could be a problem for elderly, small children or those with mobility issues.

I liked everything

The location is central and easily accesible from town centre. The linen and furniture were outstanding quality and comfort Customer service was excellent when we reported the drain problem, the owner arranged for Frank, the maintenance man to visit and fix the problem whilst we continued with our plans. When we returned the odour was gone and the plumbing problem had been resolved.

On arrival there was a "drains" odour in the basement near the bedrooms and bathrooms. We initially attributed this to the age of the building. However, the showers were over flowing the next morning and we had to contact Carl, the owner. We would have appreciated a bath mat, we had to use a hand towel on the floor and a full length mirror would be useful.
