"Perfect Stay."

9.0

If we didn't know before. When we arrived and entered the property it felt and looked like we were the first guests to have stayed. we were very pleased with the first impression.

Would have been helpful to have had a squeegee for the shower. To wipe down the glass after using. Also a laundry bag to put bedding into once we striped after our stay.

"Fantastic Seaside Holiday House"

10.0

A Great Holiday was had by all, despite the weather, we’ve been caught out in a few Norfolk Storms this week. The accommodation is great, clean and tidy, well equipped. Great Communications, easy to get keys on arrival. Want to return again soon.

Chalet was clean and spacious, beach 5 minutes away. Dog friendly area including pubs , shops and beach.

Could do with few more eating venues. Chalet could do with iron and hairdryer.

"Relaxing rural beach stay with stunning costal and country vistas"

9.0

Situated in a fairly quiet stretch of Norfolk, stunning beaches as far as the eye could see. Great for buckets and spades, swimming and beach walks. Lovely small site with easy access to the beach, local cafe and shop to cater for all things close by. Very clean property, comfy beds, quick, helpful communication from John when needed before our visit and afterwards… I left some belongings behind and John could not have been more helpful in repatriating me with my belongings. Plenty of heating if needed and a great shower. Small selection of games and books. Effective Wi-Fi and smart TV. Large dish washer with ample supply of dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and hand soap throughout. Easy to follow directions, in the daylight (postcode took my daughter close by in the middle of the night - we came from opposite directions), but easily resolved by following the local constabulary who were on hand and happy to help direct.

We were self catering and only stayed for 2 nights, I know John had only just taken this property on, would benefit from some oven proof dishes, oven gloves and a mat for the shower room floor, which was very slippery when wet. These are small things but my pregnant daughter did slip in the shower room and burnt her hand using the oven. Otherwise we were very happy and had a great time.
