Msida Marina Apartments

La literie, canapé, les équipements de cuisine (bouilloire, cafetière, grille pain), wifi. Réactivité des propriétaires suite à notre appel pour leur signaler qu’il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la salle de bain de la plus petite chambre.

La chambre 2 n’était pas très propre (mouton de poussière), sans table de chevet. Dans la plus grande chambre, tables de chevet sans lampes de chevet. La VMC dans les salles de bain de semblaient pas fonctionner. Tv dans les chambres et ds le salon cependant, celle dans la grande chambre s’allumait à 00h30 ; télécommande présente mais sans piles donc inutilisable. Prise pas facile d’accès car TV collée au mur. J’ai contacté les propriétaires qui ne m’ont pas répondu. J’ai débranché la tv non sans mal. La poêle serait à remplacer car le revêtement anti adhésif est abîmé.

Apartment is well furnished but with shortcomings. two toilets were good to have. TV in every room was a plus too.

There is no identification of the place - No board to say that it is Msida Marina apartments. The surroundings smell of animal shit. Many things were not good. To begin with owner's attitude, we shared that there were sounds of donkey braying, rooster sounding alarm at 03:32AM, noisy neighbors etc - instead of sympathizing with us - the owner asked us to stop complaining and asked us that she would be happy if we left and ready to refund for remaining days. We asked for a new apartment which was denied. I will attach as many photos and videos as Booking.com can allow. The bathroom of one bedroom did not have a handle (imagine how would you close something which doesnt have a handle) and the other bathroom did not have a lock. The wall clock was not working. There were only 3 dishwasher tablets kept for our stay of 4 nights and 4 bathroom tissues, one of towels was dirty. It was clear in the instructions that the owner/staff will not re-fill this. Every night, I woke up with rooster noise. I have videos of rooster noise and donkey braying from inside the apartment. Booking.com doesnt allow uploading of videos. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. The place is overpriced with 85 euros a night. You can easily find better places to stay in less than this. PRO tip: Like us, dont make the mistake to live near the centre of the city - its congested, dirty and under construction. Live in Rabatt or St. pauls.

Nice quiet area with Lidl a 5min walk nearby for food on late arrival.
