Rosa Bayside Guesthouse

The receptionist lady (owner?) was super nice. Elevator. Very clean. No cigarette smell in the room, even though ashtray was there. Well positioned AC. Good Wi-Fi. Great value for money.

The bathroom was slightly run down - but still functional. The Vietnamese style of shower not being separated from the rest of the bathroom -> the whole floor gets wet when you shower and then your feet get wet when using the toilet or sink. (I know, use the provided slippers - but I like to walk barefoot and don't want to share slippers with previous guests.)

The two receptionists at the hotel gave enthusiastic instructions. Clean room, good price.

Very helpful staff. Great view of Da Nang bay with beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Clean rooms with everything You need on Your travel.

A great budget hotel, very close to the railway station, and I believe the airport. It is old but very clean and the owner is very nice and friendly. There are many bars and restaurants close by, I didn’t see any other westerners in the area while as there. The main beach area is north up the coast, just a 70,000 dong taxi away on the other side of town. Technically you can see the sea and mountains, but it is not a direct view of the sea, there is wasteland between the hotel, road and the sea. Reception was 24/7, there is internal parking for scooters. It’s a great value hotel for a stop over.

Friendly staff, clean room, affordable price per night. Close to Da Nang railway station. The staff can organise motorbike rent for a reasonable price.

They didn't read our response at all. They are super impolite. They refused our stay even we've already got reservation.
