Advertising and location were a bit confusing, but once I found the place and got used to the settings, Mr. Sambeth made my stay like Christmas, I was happy and pleased.

"A very bad experience ."

Was OK

Arrived 2200 hrs before 2300 hrs as per email ! No one to help me ?? Doors locked ? I managed to get in the front door and waited for some to help me with booking ! A lot of residents try to help and appreciated the help , I locked on Wi-Fi which was a good think and trying to book another hotel . One costumers tried ring the phone numbers on the bottom of the email received from the hotel to my surprise both were disconnected? Eventually on of the staff members spotted me on the video camera and assisted me getting my key from the front ! By the time I got to rest was 12 am plus ! In the morning the front desk come and took care of the paper work ? All in all very bad experience, not as the booking. Com advertised ?
