Clean new interior. Functional Style. Nice Staff. Good Relationship between Price and Quality.

Area is Central close to Aeon Mall and BKK 1but around the House the area is max. average.

Ive stayed at 7 different hotels in Phnom Penh and this was by far the best. Staff was so nice, it’s the most clean place I’ve been in Asia, incredible light (both natural and lamps), bed was comfy, free water in reception. I didn’t miss anything while I was there.

You have to share the kitchen which is fine, only with one other room, but the person in the other room suddenly decided the fridge was not cold enough, so they changed the temperature and all my food got frozen. The hotel is right next to a very busy road so the balcony can’t really be used, but I’ve found that to be the case in almost all my other hotels as well

I liked having a shared well equipped kitchen and laundry, shared by only the one other tenant on the floor.

More plates, knives and forks. Difficult and dangerous to get to on foot, being such a busy road, but OK by tuk-tuk.

Proximity to all attractions , BKK ,Aeon is in walking distance, secured place with access control.

They can probably do cleaning rooms, and updating amnesties. At least at shared area.
