swimming pool is mentioned in booking.com post but no pool at the venue, Kettle in the room but no tea/coffee/sugar sachets. Glasses were not available, shampoo/body wash not available in bathroom/no TV/Dinner was not tasty and proper cutlery was not provided

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The fantastic hosts were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home with excellent local tips. The room by the waterfall was magical — waking up to the soothing sound of cascading water was unforgettable. The views are breathtaking and the whole property feels peaceful and private. The food was outstanding too — delicious fresh meals that we looked forward to every time. A true gem with great hospitality, comfort, and location. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful, especially being right in front of the river — the view and atmosphere were so relaxing and peaceful. The staff service was excellent throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and very attentive. Their hospitality really made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and enjoyable getaway.

The hot water was not working at all, and the shower water pressure was extremely poor. Another misleading part was that they mention having a swimming pool, but there is actually no swimming pool at the property. It’s only a river bathing area The hotel is very isolated with no nearby shops or places to buy even basic things, which was really inconvenient. They do have a restaurant, but honestly the food quality was not good and did not meet expectations. Also, the last 1 km road to the hotel is in very bad condition and difficult to travel, especially at night or during rainy weather.

This hotel is located in a piece of paradise. Perfectly situated by the train tracks, in a tea plantation and amidst lush nature. The owners, father and son, are very professional and committed to their customers. They really want to arrange everything for you, such as our train journey or a tour. They also give good advice about traveling in Sri Lanka. Lovely people.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, with beautiful views from the room that made the stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant offered good food with a nice atmosphere, and the customer service was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Room did not have tea/coffee making facilities.which would have made the experience ever better
