Breakfast was amazing! They brought it straight to my room in the morning. Tasted lovely

I liked the venue and the staff d, but I was exceptionally disappointed we had no hot water then we're moved to a much smaller room and the hot water also ran out . It was too late to book elsewhere , and I am very disappointed as this was a treat for my wife . For the money paid I was disappointed , the staff did try do their best it was not their fault

The room stayed in was lovely with a small kitchenette and fridge. The location is fantastic - the room opened out onto a beautiful garden and pool. The hotel manager, Boitsoko, was fantastic. She went out of her way to make my stay exceptional. She is a credit to the organisation and I hope that the management recognise that.

There were some challenges with TV software upgrades and Wi-Fi which fell outside the hotels control. Boitsoko however, was on to it immediately and rectified any issues. Thank you!

Breakfast was excellent. The roads leading to the property were precarious.

Nice, big, and beautiful garden. The room was excellent, had the cottage. The staff were excellent! Will use them again if I need to be in that area.
