USThe breakfast was phenomenal but we were unaware it wasn't included. But, well worth trying on our first day in Japan. The location was fantastic.
AUThe service was excellent, we appreciated the onsen and the breakfast. The welcome cakes on arrival was a nice touch.
The beds were too small for two people to sleep in, and the mattresses were quite hard
