USGreat place to stay in Nagano city. Really loved the layout of it all. Having access to the cafe, bakery and being within walking distance of the station was perfect. Being that close to the station means you have plenty of dining options within walking distance as well. Check in staff were great, Beds were comfy, room was perfectly sized and had a nice view of the city. Good mini fridge for when you inevitably stock up at the 711 across the street. I would absolutely stay here again next time.

JP小学生のお子（2年と4年）2人と母の3人で、翌日朝から黒姫駅までいく予定があり前泊でした。ツインでしたが、ベッドをくっつけて3人で寝られましたー。 ウェルカムケーキ、朝ごはんバイキングでケーキ、新幹線が見える朝食会場、大浴場、アイス食べ放題などにつあてお子達がめちゃ喜んで、また泊まりたいと言われてます。 今回は使わなかったけど、セルフランドリーがあり、各階に電子レンジもあって、使い勝手が良さそうです。
朝ごはんの味噌汁など味付けが塩辛い※信州の味かな？と思った。
