Moxy Allentown Downtown

I love the place everything about it was so different and wonderful. My husband did not like the check in at the bar or the parking situation. Other than that the location was perfect and we had a great day. Highly recommend.

Parking and check-in was very crowded

No breakfast,only coffee at the lobby. They don't even give you a bottle water for free. I will never book at Moxys again.

Everything. 1 microwave in lobby area for 500 people. No dresser or drawers to put your clothes. I could of stayed at Holiday inn and got free breakfast. No refrigerator,no microwave. Dirty room. I have videos. The last thing was on new years Eve eve. I had to take a cold shower . No hot water only in the sink. I told them and they said they'll let maintenance know for the next guest. What. I need a refund. Also used valet for 1 day.I go down stairs to get my car and they said they parked it across the street. I had to go out there with my husband who is 80 with luggage and cross the Street and get my car. That's not valet.

The sleek look of the Hotel is simply outstanding The Front Desk was very accomodating and friendly. The free drink upon arrival and early check was definitely a plus. I could go on and on about tbis Hotel. Plan on coming back with our Family in February. Tbe sitting areas are amazing.

It's nothing that I didn't like. A small fridge would have been nice, but it sure won't deter be from comig back.

Moxy was super clean, comfy and fun vibes. We loved the decor and everything about the place. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The location was so convenient! We ate a delicious dinner at the attached restaurant Okatshe and went to see a show at Archer Music Hall. We had an awesome stay and will definitely be back!
