"A good place to spend a few days"

The location, cleanliness, security and space within the apartment. The apartment was serviced daily and fresh towels provided.

The person who showed us to our room didn't spend time explaining the layout , how to get to reception, who to phone if we had a question, laundry etc. There was no shampoo or body wash provided.

My initial booking was 30 September to 5 October that unfortunately was postponed to 13 to 18 oct. Though I notified the Quadrant in advance I was told my payment could not be refunded. The only option the hotel could offer was a 50 per cent discount on the new booking. I would appreciate your sharing and correcting this unfortunate case.
