The communication with owner was smooth, we had been there only for one night since we had late flight, also check in is easy..

Just the pillows should be changed if someone would stay there more they would need it, they are super uncomfortable, everthing else was perfect for our needs

Mirto luxury apartment is a lovely spacious apartment not far from the centre of Heraklio. The owner of the apartment, Konstantina, and her sister are very warm ,friendly,welcoming hosts who want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and make you feel at ease. Everything about the apartment was explained to me clearly, and messages when booking were answered very quickly. The apartment itself is very cosy, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you need for a nice relaxing vacation. There is also a jacuzzi in the salon that is available for a small charge of €20 if you wish to use it..if your on holiday.. Why not!!?? The bed is very comfy and you get a good night's sleep as the area is very quiet. There is parking directly outside, so there is no having to leave your car parked on the street,which I love!! I loved staying here, and I am already looking to book with Konstantina again for August. Konstantina was an excellent host and respondly.quickly. The facilities are great and clean. Location is good but need a car to get.to centro. Parking can be challenging.

Very cozy and had everything we needed! Especially useful was the opportunity to park the car in front of the apartment. We had rakia as a welcome drink, also water.

It was not a non-smoking room that we asked for. The smell of cigarettes was lingering on the walls and curtains. We had to keep the windows open all day.
