Apartment Villa Bagnole

Die Lage ist super. Man ist sehr schnell in der schönen Innenstadt von Rovinj. Der kostenpflichtige Parkplatz ist direkt gegenüber. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß. Man hat zwei Bäder. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung einer früheren Abreise.

Die Bilder zeigen eine schönere Wohnung als Sie in wirklichkeit ist. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt etwas mehr Liebe um wieder top zu sein. Ein Regal hing nicht mehr an der Wand. Wände sind abgebröckelt. Holz im Bad aufgequollen. Die schönen roten Küchengeräte wurden inzwischen durch andere ersetzt oder sind nicht mehr da. Der Balkon hat eine "Putzecke" welche nicht schön aussieht. Es sauber aber nicht rein. Man hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass dort ordentlich gesäubert wird. Und leider kann die Besitzerin nichts dafür, aber das elektrische Nachbarstor macht ordentlich Lärm beim öffnen und schließen. Das war für uns mit Baby nicht möglich.

Miejscowość fantastyczna , apartament położony bardzo blisko centrum starego miasta. Parking dodatkowo płatny. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry.

Czystość apartamentu. Po przyjeździe musieliśmy posprzątać dość dokładnie cały apartament. W szczegóły nie wchodzę. Ale reszta jest ok.

Casa con parecchie cose non sistemate. Oltre ai mobili non sistemati, muro scrostato, cassetti del frigo rotti e bagni in condizioni pietose. Francesca e Ivan gestori della casa, sono stati carini, il giorno dopo hanno fatto fare una pulizia di fondo, ma per il resto, siamo rimasti delusi, qualità prezzo.

The location of the apartment is first class, the old town is 2 minute walk away. The size of the apartment is excellent, spacious. The accommodation is well equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hairdryer are all at your disposal, which is a rarity. The terrace of the accommodation was great for breakfast, lunch, you can even see the sea.

The negatives: none of the windows have mosquito nets, which I think would be essential. There were a lot of mosquitoes in Rovinj, unfortunately it was impossible to open a window without mosquito nets. We booked the accommodation directly because it comes with its own parking, it was only found out on site that there is a separate fee for this, 15 euros per day, which is a significant amount for a week's holiday. The accommodation was cleaned before our arrival, but the quality of the cleaning was not adequate. It is not the fault of the accommodation, but the electric gate of the apartment next door is incredibly loud, the walls shook every time someone used the gate, and this happened regularly, even at night.
