Appartamento bellissimo, curato nel dettaglio. Il giardino è un oasi di pace.

Το δωμάτιο ειναι υπέροχο , καθαρό, καινούργια ολα και οι επιλογές όλες εγιναν με γούστο. Σίγουρα η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής ειναι άριστη, θα ξανα πηγαίναμε σίγουρα, χωρίς 2η σκέψη αξίζει να το διαλέξει καποιος

Το μονο αρνητικό το δωμάτιο ειναι λίγο μικρό οπως και το ψυγείο που δεν εχει κατάψυξη .

Son derece şık ve fonksiyonel dizayn edilmiş bir oda ve yeni eşyalar.Çözüm odaklı ve güler yüzlü bir ekip.Yakın çevresinde market,fırın,kafeler,eczane gibi yerler mevcut ve hepsi yürüme mesafesinde.Karlovasi ,Kokkari ve Vathi kadar turistik bir bölge değil ancak araç olduğu sürece her yere yakın ve keyifli bir sahil yolu üzerinde.

We stayed at a newly refurbished room in the heart of Karlovasi, the location was excellent for walking around the town and accessing nearby amenities. The room was clean, modern, and compact, with reliable temperature control despite the older-style air conditioning. The balcony was a welcome feature, although being south-facing meant it was often too hot to enjoy during the day. Daily cleaning and maintenance were a great bonus and kept the space fresh throughout our stay.

Our only real concern was the lack of on-site or emergency contact after 2pm. One night, another couple accidentally locked themselves out and were left waiting hours before the next door individual(s) helped them back in (there is a common door every two rooms on the upper floor) as no listed numbers were reachable. We also experienced a full day without hot water, which seemed to resolve on its own ,but again, there was no way to report the issue in real time. Overall, we’d recommend this property for its cleanliness, location, and value but adding a reliable 24/7 emergency contact would significantly improve the guest experience.

The apartment was excellent – very clean and in a central location, close to everything. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, offering great recommendations for places to visit and where to eat in Samos. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again!

The balcony is the best option to enjoy our holiday. They thought everything which are including fresh coffee every morning :) We had an accident in there - we stuck in the apartment because our neighbour lock the aisle door - you should use same aisle door enter the hall - They carried us in 15 minutes and end of the day when we came to our apartment, they served presents and cute apology note <3
