Posizione molto comoda con fermata del bus proprio davanti, parecchi parcheggi gratis nelle vicinanze. Check-in molto funzionale e proprietario molto gentile. Appartamento molto spazioso e silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza alla tangenziale.

Luogo molto umido, ovviamente è un appartamento sotterraneo (ex cantina?) però il sistema di deumidificazione potrebbe essere più efficiente. Sicuramente gli interni sono da rivedere nell'integrità ma soprattutto nella pulizia. I sanitari ed il pavimento in particolare erano davvero molto sporchi.
