Grand Elegant Apartment - City Center Bratislava

Great location, huge rooms, air conditioning and all amenities. Very quiet location about 10 mins for Lidl and 15 from the centre.

Bathroom need replacing. Toilet tilts to one side and the shower doesn’t stay on the stand. I’m 190cm and had to sit in the bath to shower.

The apartment is excellent, good location, very spacious, and clean, it has everything you need.

It was a little difficult to find the box where the keys to the apartment are, but it was not bad at all, everything was excellent.

Good location, friendly staff. I made the reservation just only few hours before their checking time and they responded my queries very quick, everything was organized and information was given clearly.

The location was very good. The kitchen was very well equipped. Quiet and nice neighbourhood.

Selling us this apartment as matching the accomodation of 6 people was simply a lie. There are two double beds, and the living room that was supposed to have a sofa bed, actually had 2 regular sofas - one was 3 seater and the other 2 seater (too small if you are over 120 cm, bearly fitting our 7 years old). They are just that and so the guests are supposed to put on sheets and sleep on a non comfortable sofa. It may be nice if you are a poor student who does not care, but for a family this did not work at all. The table was also set with 4 chairs and we had to improvise when we sat to eat. Also, the apartment is presented as an apartment with an airconditioner, which is only true to the living room. The bedrooms have ventilators (one noisy ceiling ventilator, one stand alone weak ventilator). On the first night when we arrived we felt really frustrated - no normal third bed, no aircondition in the bedrooms (and those were part of the main reasons why we chose it), and had it not been evening already we would have asked for a refund. We ended up staying there the extra two nights reserved just because we were too lazy for the moving hassle but we will not come back. If your party is over 4 people, we advise you to reconsider.
