From location of the hotel to services everything was top notch. Got a reservation for one day and eventually extended for another day because of excellent service

I had an excellent stay and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional, and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The location is very convenient, with Atrium Mall just opposite and Zainab Market within walking distance. A special note of appreciation to Front Office Supervisor, Mr. Haseeb Ahmed Qureshi, for his exceptional professionalism and attentive service, which truly enhanced my experience. I look forward to staying here again. Keep up the excellent work!

The night shift front office team provided excellent service and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I would, however, like to respectfully share a minor observation regarding their uniforms, which appeared somewhat worn. I apologize for pointing this out, but a refreshed and well-maintained attire would further enhance the overall presentation and guest experience. It may be worthwhile for the management team to consider this aspect, as it contributes to the property’s overall impression.
