Clean and peaceful room.

Bathroom amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel were not labelled. Didnt which was what. No extra toilet paper, or hangers or hooks in bathroom. Little more work can be done in bathroom.

The staff were so friendly and helpful The bed was divine!

As per facilities, Sunshine Boutique hotel is not maintaining the standards of a boutique hotel. Room fare is also higher comparing with benefits and comfort of the guests.

I went nepal only 2 days. That's why, I didn’t buy SIM and was fully dependent on wifi. But the wifi experience was worst.

I liked only room size.

1) It's named Boutique hotel but there is no benefits of boutique hotel. 2) Toiletries and other daily facilities was very low. 3) Restaurant people are not available all the time to meet the requirement. 4) Complimentary breakfast was very simple. 5) Moreover, the free wifi service was worst. I had an important job to complete. I had been requesting to increase the speed of wifi in my room 504 almost 3 to 4 times but they couldn’t fix it even within 3 hours as per my need. I had plan to stay 2 nights and my colleague was supposed to stay at least for 2 weeks. But we left the hotel just after 1 night.

It was our first stay in Nepal. The service was very very pleasant, hospitality and responsiveness of the staff are only the reason why my mark is so high. I would also highlight pretty various breakfast, tasty meal and good coffee.

A huge cockroach in the room, the stomping probably of rats over the ceiling... The room itself was quite masty and having dirty floor even after the cleaning. The bed linen and towels also smelled damp, curtains need washing.

I like the ambiance, comfortable. Hotel is very clean and hygienic. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. Service staff, reception and housekeeping staff are very kind, honest and helpful. Food quality is good and served in time in room. Hotel consists of a coffee shop and day bar which serves many of day needs aside from room service. Good free wifi across rooms and public areas.. Definitely worth staying morethan value for the money I paid.
