USI liked the concept of these apartments/rooms. There were five rooms in a condiminum building that shared a common area for making coffee, tea, playing games, reading, etc., so one could engage with the fellow visitors, all of whom were Italian. The check-in process (document checks, and city tax) were accomplished by the most lovely young woman named Carla. She helped to orient us the first day by giving us an overview of the city of Palermo, what sights to see there, suggestions for vegan restaurants, and she arranged a private transfer to and from the Palermo airport in a nice, clean, and comfortable van. We communicated in advance of our stay via WhatsApp and that worked out quite well. The location was excellent being in the historical center of Palermo where the streets were lively and teaming with people of all ages--great for shopping, eating, and sight seeing. My husband and I were very comfortable there and found it to be a good launching pad for discovering the beautiful city of Palermo. Palermo helped me to love Sicily and I would like to return again. I would like to thank Carla for making our stay so comfortable and rewarding with her tips on what to see while during our short stay in Palermo!

IEThe personal greeting from Marco, who gave us the full run down on the room, kitchenette etc., The room was spotless and spacious. The location and the view from the room was amazing.
It would be handy to have a safe in the room, as we had to carry our passports around with us for the whole of our trip. The entrance to the room is dark, especially at night.
GBMarco was extremely helpful, was waiting for us when we arrived and explained everything. My husband is in a wheelchair and although the facilities provided by PCR were fine the building lift was old and too small. PCR did provide a wheelchair small enough to be able to use the lift. The location of the rooms was perfect for Palermo and nothing was too much trouble for Marco 😃
Unfortunately we wouldn’t use the rooms again just because of the size of the communal lift. Otherwise it was great.
