הדירה מקסימה ונוחה מיטה נוחה מאוד, שירותים גדולים ונוחים. הכל חדש בדירה ולא עבר כלום. המיקום מושלם ממש ליד הכריסמס מרקט. הבעיה היחידה הייתה שיש מדרגות והגישה לדירה לא נוחה, קשה לעלות במדרגות עם מזוודות, אין חניה .
