Bluewater Resort Condos

The property is in a decent location and we enjoyed being right on the beach as well as having access to multiple pools on the property. The condo itself was so-so. The chairs at the dining table were stained pretty bad. I don't like that the bedroom is the first thing you walk into when you enter the condo. The people to the left of us were ridiculously noisy. The bedroom being at the front door isn't a good setup. The condo was ok to stay at, but I wouldn't stay there in the future.

The condo was a perfect size for the two of us and overall we enjoyed our stay there. There were 2 things that we would mention as needing to be addressed. The first is the need for blackout curtains on the large front window where the bedroom is located. It is extremely bright with light shining inside even with blinds closed. The second is the television reception. About 20 seconds of buffering would occur many times throughout the program/movie we were watching.

Nice clean resort to stay in. Cons- parking is across the street behind a set of condos, checkout is at 10am, balconies are very close like you are in your neighbors face, a lot of rules and regulations. TVs had problems with WiFi and just playing anything in general. I called and no one ever responded back to me so if something is wrong with your unit your soL.

Great property ! *note*parking passes, access cards, and swimming pool. Bracelets are not on the refrigerator as described. Everything is hanging on a keychain near the door. Other than that, the place was wonderful, everything worked as it should. We will definitely return! -K and T

when we finallly figured out how to open the door to our room and then how to close/lock it it was great… parking pass pool bracelets etc weren’t where they were supposed to be according to my notes or the notes on the refrigerator so after looking in every door i called the maintenance # on refrigerator and they were very polite and said they’d call back after checking… around 5 minutes later they called… there were some hooks on the wall just inside the door, but with the door open they were not visible. Once found we just figured out a bit at a time how to use that pass not only to get our car into the parking garage door as well as the door on side of the garage and to get back into several entrances to the condos! When we called with a prroblem with the toilet it took about an hour and 2 calls before help arrived… he was very polite and took care of the problem then cleaning up after himself!!! Other than that everything went great!!!At 79 and 77 the two of us women felt safe and very comfortable there!!! Thankyou You for making our stay Fabulous!!!

We had an amazing time. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Bed was extremely comfortable. My son stayed on sleeper sofa that was so “comfortable “ Would definitely stay again.

Perfect condo for a couple. We enjoyed the ocean view from deck. Enjoyed the pool with ocean view. Hope to visit again.

Location was fantastic. Nearby shops was good, very good beach some of the owners I thought were quite rude to renting guests.

Property was amazing loved the access to the beach 🏖️ very relaxing

Room had a mildew smell. Bed sheets/ blankets were filthy ended up buying my own. Tub was dirty had hair in it , shower curtain was pretty gross also so I ended up buying my own. Bed was very stiff. Had an amazing view , overall was a great trip. Left detergent , bleach , and dish soap for the next guest!
