"Highly recommend. Beautiful property and clean rooms!"

From the moment we got there, everyone was so nice! The room was clean, bathroom was perfect (love how the shower is separated by a glass wall from the rest of the bathroom. The location was great too! They even gave us fresh beautiful flowers for our honeymoon🥰 I highly recommend to anyone!

Host were fantastic, great stay at chiang mai. Place is clean and homely. A few choices of breakufast that is prepared by host. Coffee is superb and brewed by host. Host is very friendly and assisted with our tour. She will advise which option to go for, a better deal. The only thing to note is the water pressure for shower may not be as strong, and toothbrush to be requested if need be. I would still recommend this stay to my friends/family

"Charming family-owned hotel"

Charming oasis in the heart of Chaing Mai! Proprietors are devoted to guest comfort and relaxation. Home-made breakfasts are delicious and enjoyed in a beautiful courtyard. Their coffee shop “Pegasus” makes awesome drinks from beans roasted on site! Would stay again in a heartbeat 😊

"Perfect Chiang Mai stay"

This is a gem in Chiang Mai! The rooms are so comfy and clean and the breakfast is unbeatable! The family running the hotel were so helpful and sweet. So glad we got to stay here

The green environment with lots of trees and ferns, friendly staff and helpful, location was perfect for what we needed to do, healthy breakfast for great start of a day and well run family business. The room decoration was very inviting.

The bed was too hard for my liking. Tiny bit softer would have been better for my shoulders.

"Fabulous!"

The atmosphere and attention to detail were amazing. Place is immaculate. Friendly staff and good coffee onsite. Mint helped us find a ride when Grab fell through and went out of her way to help us. Walking distance to the festival and lots of things close by.

The bed was too hard.
