Struttura bella, molto comoda per la posizione, ed ampia e luminosa. Dotata di un secondo bagno/lavanderia esterno su balcone molto utile.

L'immobile è in edificio senza ascensore, quindi vanno considerati i 3 piani quando si fa la spesa 😅 L'acqua in città non è potabile.

Appartamento pulito abbastanza spazioso

Peccato che si trovi al 3 piano senza ascensore adatto per persone giovani ma non per persone anziane

Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque la prima settimana di agosto 2025. La casa si presenta immediatamente molto accogliente, gli spazi sono ampi con soffitti alti e stanze molto grandi. Sono presenti quattro camere da letto due con matrimoniale, una con due letti singoli e una con un letto singolo più cucina e bagno, inoltre è presente un comodissimo bagno lavanderia accessibile da uno dei due balconi sul quale sono presenti anche numerosi fili per stendere i panni e anche questa è una comodità che non si trova dappertutto. Si nota subito che l'ambiente è davvero molto pulito, il mobilio è recente e l'appartamento è stato certamente parzialmente ristrutturato di recente. Devo dire che ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. In tutte le camere da letto è presente un condizionatore nuovissimo e ho molto apprezzato il fatto che di notte funzioni benissimo in modo silenzioso, mentre in cucina è presente un modello meno recente ma comunque ben funzionante. La cucina e il bagno sono dotate di tutti gli accessori necessari fondamentali, e vengono forniti asciugamani e lenzuola per ogni ospite. Pertanto la nostra esperienza di alloggio è stato assolutamente positiva sia per la qualità dell'appartamento sia per la grandissima disponibilità e professionalità di chi lo gestisce, come difficilmente se ne trovano, posso assicurarlo personalmente. Dall'appartamento al mare ci sono pochi minuti a piedi, così come peraltro servono pochi minuti a piedi per arrivare in centro a Cefalù ed è a pochi passi dalla stazione, quindi una posizione davvero ottimale. In prossimità si trovano supermercati e negozi di ogni tipo compresa la farmacia. Inoltre si trova in una delle poche zone di Cefalù dove è possibile, seppur difficile 😁, parcheggiare gratuitamente. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore e questa è forse l'unica pecca, ovviamente per chi ha problemi di mobilità. Non lo è stato per noi, ma credo sia corretto dirlo.

Obiettivamente non abbiamo avuto problemi e non ho da segnalare negatività significative. Ricordo che è un terzo piano senza ascensore a cui vanno sommati i gradini d'ingresso per cui location difficile per chi ha problemi a fare le scale, e l'acqua del rubinetto è molto dura Per cui è necessario procurarsi acqua da bere in bottiglia.

The apartment was clean and its location was excellent

Unfortunately, I have to write a harsh review for the apartment for the first time and this is for several reasons. 1. Please note that the apartment is located on the fourth floor and without an elevator. 2. The apartment was not ready at all for our arrival, some of the beds were not ready or were not offered. 3. There were not enough towels and the completion of towels was only given the day after check-in. 4. The apartment has an electric key - so the boiler did not work on the day we arrived and in general for all three days, although the water boiler worked continuously, the water boiler was only enough for one and a half people and the rest showered with cold water. 5. The washing machine cannot work together with the boiler (it was only solved by turning it on separately). 6. Service - we thought the boiler was shorting out, only after several calls, a technician was sent, but as mentioned the problem was that the apartment was not ready (like turning on the boiler in advance). In conclusion and although I like to say only good things, I have to really, really, not recommend.

It was clean.

We’re shocked this place previously got such good reviews. We chose it because it said there was free parking - this is just not the case. When we asked the host he said m parking is impossible. It’s on the 4th floor so lots of steps which wasn’t mentioned. We were kept waiting 20 mins to check in. There’s no sitting space apart from the kitchen table and no furniture on the terraces. The shower is hand held only. There’s no kettle and our gas ran out and took a day to be replaced. Communication when we had an issue was poor. The electrics are dodgy so the air con sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t. The decor is tired. Overall it was very expensive for what it was.
