Casa Ferretti apartment

This is a modern, super spacious, and spotless place located right in the heart of Brindisi. The owner gave us vouchers for a cafe across the road for breakfast each morning. The bathroom design / shower unit is superb. There are separate AC and TV sets in the bedroom and sitting room, so there no need to fight over what to watch. It would definitely suit family with children. There is also a small balcony. Shops are literally at your doorstep. The apartment feels much bigger than the official photo.

I think a washer dryer may benefit for longer stay but we did not need one.

The flat is very well located in the heart of the city - It’s a good starting point to explore Puglia. We rented a car and found free parking spots in 10min walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfy and the shower amazing! The owner of the flat are extremely helpful and friendly. You will recognize that they take care of every single detail. We even got the chance to work from the office of Martina’s mum before we were able to check in. A huge thanks for that extra support :) The breakfast which consists of a coffee and croissant at the cafe across the street is a plus! We’d definitely recommend you to stay there.

Spacious and very clean, centrally located and having a parking spot, it was a very good choice for exploring Puglia. Paolo was a very thoughtful host and made sure everything was perfect.

A very comfortable and clean apartment in a very convenient location (easy to explore the area by train). Extremely friendly and helpful hosts (thank you once again for your hospitality, transfers from/to the airport and making me feel welcome!). I definitely would choose Casa Ferretti again.

Bed was too firm

Centrally located, but quiet. Close to everything, station, shops, restaurants, seaside. Very spacious apartment, good equipment, nice bathroom, comfortable beds. Very helpful hosts.

Fantastic stay! Great location, spotlessly clean and comfort apartment Martina, our host, was so nice upon our arrival and during our whole stay. Fantastic person ❤️ If you arrive with a car they have a parking place in the garage which is great because its hard to find a parking place near by. Also breakfast is icluded using vouchers in the local caffe across the street. We highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back. Martina, thank you for everything 🤗❤️

Fantastic modern apartment in the centre of Brindisi. Spotlessly clean with a well stocked kitchen, coffee machine. Very comfortable bed and handy dining space. Large bathroom with walk in shower (great shower). Breakfast is included using vouchers for a local cafe. Netflix included on TVs - 1 in bedroom and 1 in living space. Good aircon. Paolo was the perfect host who met us with the keys (even after a late flight arrival - 11pm) and showed us around the facilities of the apartment. He organised drinks and a bite to eat in a local bar too, along with dropping us to the airport to collect our car rental on checkout. Really nice gesture. Highly recommend. Best regards to Paolo.

The apartment is in the center, but also just 5 minutes away from the train station which was important to us as we were travelling by train every day. Lovely they have breakfast included in the caffe across the building It is a cozy place with perfect atmosphere to get a proper rest after a full day of exploring. It is equipped with pretty much everything you need for a shorter stay. As it is in the main street, caffes, restaurants and shops are close by. And the hosts were amazing - they provided fresh & clean towels after a 2 day stay and helped us out with any questions we had. 😊
