"Filthy apartment - avoid!"

The apartment was filthy. It is student accommodation (which is fine for what we required) but it looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in years. The floors and surfaces were filthy. Furthermore, the mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable. There was a security issue because they put the keys for multiple houses in the same lockbox. And despite being advertised as a 5 bedroom house it was only 4 bedrooms.

"Pleasant and enjoyable, if functional. Good value."

Accessible, with good and safe parking. Reasonably good location too - a 10-15 min walk from town centre.

Missing some of the basics: dishcloth, tea towel, bin liners, etc., Short on glassware. Front door hinges and locking mechanism could do with a reboot.
