Good view. Good location with walking distance to old town. Clean.

Actually it was the worst experience I had in my whole journey to this country. The apartment itself is good. But the service is too poor and almost ruined my trip. First, the roads to the apartment are in fact NOT full covered by Google Map. When we arrived, the only route showed on google is totally blocked by several wrong parked cars. We had to turn to the way where google map didn’t cover. In this case we asked the staff to provide the GPS location of the parking entrance, while she provided wrongly the walking entrance of the building which is on a road under construction, which made us totally confused. Second, we tried our best to find a nearest location we can park temporarily and shared the GPS location to the staff, while she is totally unable to read it, and refused to come to our location, which was actually only 2 minutes walk to her. Third, as the roads around are quite narrow, we cannot park long time in wrong area blocking the way, so after almost 20 minutes of turn around and around we finally met the staff, we asked her to jump to our car to indicate the accurate entrance of the parking, she ridiculously refused. And she is NOT good at speaking and listening English (I didn’t expect that as her writing is OK with translation apps), just ask my friend to go with her for check-in and left me behind to find the parking all over the street. She just said “it’s on the right side of this street”, while in fact there were at least 3 parking entrance at that side. Forth, she didn’t give us any “parking card” but only left us 20euros said it’s enough for parking, while we actually spent 21euros at the exit. We actually arrived at 17:00 and left at 9:00AM, even shorter than average accommodation time. Fifth, the owner of the apartment also made us feel unkindly. In the morning of the check-in day, he/she already sent messages of piles of rules of check-out, without any greeting words or asking when we arrive.

1) Pub at the hotel will play music through late at night. We stayed at Level 8 and can still hear some music (music could be louder if staying a lower floor. 2) Host: - whatsapped her one day before my ETA (was arriving from Tirana by bus, informed her timing of my bus). But on the day, still received a message on booking.com about 60mins earlier check in notification. When we arrived at 11 to 12plus, hotel staff told us room was not ready until after 130pm. So we went to have lunch nearby. However, at about 1pm, host suddenly texted and voice call me twice requesting us to meet and accommodate her timing at the apartment. Luckily, we had almost finished lunch and was nearby so quickly walked back to "accommodate" her time. - host assisted to book a cab for us at the bus station but the waiting location was not communicated properly. In the end we finally got it right when I video call her and show her my exact location real time - whatsapped host a few questions about apartment (as I realized the hotel staff will redirect any questions on apartment back to host, fair enough as this apartment is not under them), eventually she told me not to bother her via text (but she deleted this message away and I failed to screenshot it). As she was more comfortable in Serbian (so I Google translated my question to Serbian (but also kept the English version) It was very unpleasant receiving such message from her, so I stopped texting her from than till the last day she contacted again about the check out, which out of obligation I replied (brief but clear message) 1) as a guest I will not know who is the host/staff (is not written on their shirts). Only have a number to text. She did not even introduce herself 2) understand check in was 2pm. But we never demand to check in early. Instead she rushed us to come back 3) just to warn others about their customer service (saying I misused is a strong accusation). So I have to show our text messages to justify.
