Luxury Apartment Amalfi

The only complaint is the beds are very uncomfortable, the place was spotless and clean! Everything was wonderful!

Un desastre nada que ver con luxury el predio está abandonado con escombros de obra , apartamentos vacíos y pasto sin cortar , no tiene wifi lo toman de otro departamento y no conecta y la propietaria es una cínica

No me gustó que es mentira que es luxury es apenas un buen departamento en buena ubicación. Pero estas solo en un precio abandanado

Walking distance to Amalfi town, about 20 minutes, very doable walk.. just have to be careful because there’s not always a sidewalk, parts of trek down are walking on the street. Practically next door to Santa Catarina Hotel which is a 5 start Hotel. Love the private beach for the property,there’s a private elevator to sea level,there are maybe two to three sets of stairs to elevator but doable.Views from the parking lot and apartment are gorgeous. Excellent location,accommodation for the price. There are only two sets of stairs to unit, unlike most places in Amalfi where you’ll encounter an awful lot of them!

Encountered a little confrontation with another unit owner on the private beach fussing about beach chairs. The non-English speaking manager showed us the chairs we could use for the cement beach slab, when we were enjoying the swim and views, a lady confronted us about the beach chairs stating they were hers.. that was annoying because now we had to stop our fun and contact manager and have him smooth it over with the lady, she really made a big deal, like beating a dead horse for 20 minutes til he came🤦‍♀️

Der Parkplatz ist das Beste an dieser Unterkunft, die Stadt Amalfi ist fußläufig in ca. 15min erreichbar, jedoch führt der Weg teils an der befahrenen Straße

Der Herr, der uns empfangen hat, forderte 300€ Kaution und konnte uns keine Bestätigung dafür geben, leider sprach er auch weiters kein Englisch. Die Wohnung dürfte für uns von einer privaten Familie geräumt worden sein, einige Kästen waren versperrt und manche Laden waren nicht sauber geräumt. Die Klobrille war defekt. Der Blick vom Balkon war in einen Garten, der einer Baustelle glich, es gab keinen Zugang zu einem Strand. Zusammendfassend stellt man sich die Frage, wie diese Unterkunft diese hohe Bewertung erhalten konnte. Außerdem ist der Name „ Luxury Apartment“ irreführend und keinesfalls gerechtfertigt.

The apartment is spacious, nicely designed and very well equipped. All the rooms have air conditioning, sea views and balconies. You can enjoy the sea views practically from the bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed for two people and a single bed. The second bathroom (with a shower) opens from the corridor. The rooms are quiet. You can not hear the noise of the main road because it is "above" the house. A huge advantage of this apartment is the own car parking on top of the building. The house has its own private beach. If you want to reach the private beach you can go almost to sea level by elevators inside the rock, that is a second huge advantage. The beach is rocky with some concrete platforms and a ladder to climb into the water (it may not be suitable for young children, the water is deep, you always have to swim). We enjoyed this quiet private beach with amazing views to Amalfi town and with exciting big waves. You can walk to Amalfi town in 15 minutes where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. This apartment is a perfect choice for five people if you want a wonderful holiday on Amalfi coast.
