Location is good, walkable.

You can get infinitely better value for money elsewhere in Porto. Don't get fooled by pretty photos. ● Dirty couch and chairs - totally unacceptable and uncomfortable for guests to sit anywhere ● There was no soap in neither of the bathrooms ● Both toilet seats were broken and not cleaned (otherwise you'd see it's broken and repair it...) ● The whole apartment is run-down (which could be acceptable if the price was adequate) ● No AC/heating, only old portable heaters were provided which shouldn't be left on when sleeping/leaving the apartment for safety concerns ● Loud as hell ventillation that randomly turns on, if it's raining it's also horribly loud due to water dropping on metal surfaces on the balcony (which could easily be fixed...) ● Lack of basic amenities such as paper towels, or even toilet paper (2 rolls for the entire stay that have to be shared between bathroom and kitchen - wow)
