Jag fick ringa flera gånger för att få tag i koden för att komma in. När vi väl kom in så var det kallt i boendet och det visade sig att altandörren inte gick att stänga (den hängde inte ens ordentligt på gångjärnen). Detta kändes både otryggt och dessutom svalt (var i slutet av mars och ca 0-gradigt på natten). Vi ringde värden och fick ringa totalt 13 gånger och vänta 1 timme med två små barn som frös och inte kunde sova. Till slut fick vi ett annat boende som var mer av ett vanligt hotell som dock hade väldigt tveksam renlighet och kvalitet i hotellrummen. Som grädde på moset fick vi 2(!) st parkeringsböter över natten, trots att vi hade betalat. Ej hotellets fel men på något vis rimmade det med hela upplevelsen
