Location in old town, so there are coffee shops nearby to eat breakfast and places to eat dinner, but other side of old town (near Tha Phae Gate) is more lively.

Hotel building has no sound insulation whatsoever, so you can hear every motorcycle passing the street (and they do that through all night). It is absolutely impossible to sleep.

Lovely and comfortable, nice pool, great location. We really loved this hotel for our stay in Chiang Mai and it was great value for money. The location was great as pretty much central to everything to you need, in the old town which was very pretty! The hotel also offers a laundry service which was great having the option to get all our laundry done before we left for our next destination.

Nothing

The rooms were clean, the shower was nice, the pool was cool and refreshing, coffee and kettle in the room, water provided every day and a great coffee and breakfast place attached to the hotel. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
