Our stay at Marco’s beautifully designed and curated home was so enjoyable that the only downside was having to leave. We were so comfortable that we stayed until the very last minute. Marco embodies all the qualities of an ideal host. If you’re considering booking his place, rest assured that you’ll have an excellent experience. The home is exactly as pictured—if not even better. For those wanting more details, read on. This has easily been one of our favorite rentals during our travels. The bathroom, with its stunning relief ceiling and faux mosaic walls, left a lasting impression. The home is brand new, with architectural features that blend classic and modern design. It’s spotlessly clean, quiet, and well-secured, with a grand entry door typical of classic Italian homes. Inside, you’ll find an open space with stairs and an elevator that lead to Marco’s apartment on the second floor. The location was perfect for our needs—everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance during our four-night stay. The train and bus stations are about a 10-minute walk (half a mile). While some streets leading to and from downtown may have litter and graffiti, the charm of the area outweighs that. There are several nice restaurants just two minutes away in a nearby plaza, and the bustling Quattro Canti (Four Corners) is only a five-minute walk. One of the perks of staying in a vibrant city like Palermo is the lively atmosphere, with people walking the streets late into the night, making it feel safe and welcoming. The apartment is also well-equipped with modern amenities, including a terrace, balcony, washing machine, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine, which we really appreciated. This was our third trip to Italy, and we will definitely return. Italy is, without a doubt, our favorite country to visit!

This is definitely one of the most beautiful apartments I’ve ever had the pleasure of renting. The location is great, every point of interest is within walking distance, and there is ample parking space within 200m. We had no issues communicating with the host who was very helpful and flexible with our needs. The apartment has the perfect blend of modern amenities with stunning old architecture.

I can’t think of anything negative about this apartment.
