Creative Trawangan Stay

As I had snorkeling program at 8.45 next day, I requested the rerecptilionist ( actually an unprofessional hotel boy) to serve me my breakfast by 8 or 8.15 but I had to wake him up from sleep. Finally, I had to take breakfast outside.

I don't know how Booking. com put it in the category of three star hotel. Flush button doesn't work; washroom door has no latch. Shower tap broken for ages & I had take shower with a bowl. As my i-phone charger couldn't fit the socket, I asked the boy to give me an adopter plug but he very rude saying "I don't know how you'll charge"

Muslim temple very near, wake up 6 am. About this no any remarks…

Staff was incredibly nice and super helpful with whatever questions I had. Rooms were super clean.

I had to change rooms twice because of issues with the aircondition and toilet. It’s located right beside one of the mosques which was pretty loud, but that’s just hard to avoid on this side of the island. I got used to it after a few days.

Super friendly and kind people, just 2 minutes from the beach and very close to the port. Great overall experience!

Garnichts

No hot water, no soap, no shampoo, no kettle in the cupboard. Only black coffee for breakfast. Rental bikes not roadwort
