"Great value for money in amazing surroundings"

We loved the surroundings of the resort, it's like staying in the middle of a tropical forest. You can easily spot water monitors in the stream, mud crabs, loads of colorful birds and monkeys in the tree tops. The rooms are quite basic, you might a encounter a bug or a gecko inside, but overall they're clean and comfortable. The AC works well and there is hot water in the shower. On top of that, the owner is very kind and helpful. We were greeted with a complementary coconut and had good breakfast for a great price. Location is great to get to both Unawatuna and Dalawella beaches.

The fan in the room could use a wipe, it was a bit dusty. The faucet in the bathroom should be descaled, as the water was coming out at a weird angle and flooding the floor if you weren't careful.

The host was extremly friendly, the rooms are nice but the showers are cold. We saw a varane which imo was really cool. Fresh fruits were served every day. Would highly recommend it!

Hidden gem close to the town area and beaches , perfect if you like peace and quiet. Friendly and welcoming staff that gave us a fresh coconut everyday,room is spacious,clean and comfortable bed.Has hot water for showers. We will definitely be back! Thankyou for making our stay in Unawatuna amazing :) The grounds is amazing too you can spot water monitors in the stream, monkeys in the trees close by,really cute and well behaved dogs too.

"Lovely quiet stay in nature."

The staff were very nice, you can organise to have food during your stay you just need to let them know. The owner drove us into town the first day and to the bus stop to catch the bus to Marissa. The gardener came and got rid of the cockroach in our room for us. The place is surrounded by nature it was very peaceful. We got multiple coconuts during our stay which was lovely.

No hot water. The sheet were very stained and ripped. We had cockroaches and frogs in the room but not much you can do about that.
