Communication with Nicolo was fast and easy, the apartment had everything we needed, and it was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot and had lots of flow. We appreciated the real espresso machine. Nice to have a couch, too.
The free parking is quite far away (15 min walk), and parking nearby is expensive and hard to come by. It's on the bottom floor and quite noisy with other residents coming and going all night, though that might not bother everyone. But it is in the center of a busy city, after all.

The property was very clean and well presented.
I would have liked more provisions eg: spare toilet paper. Some laundry detergent would have been good so we didn’t have to buy a whole packet to wash our clothes. A cover for the doona would have been nice too as it cooled down quite a bit with the rain.

The flat is in 10 min walk from the city center, in a university district. I could even check-in earlier and it had everything one needs for a few days to explore Bologna.
It is NOT soundproof. The flat is on the ground floor and we heard everything happening on the street and it was loud. I slept badly because of that and was often woken up. So if you want to have a nice good sleep - maybe this apartment is not what you are looking for.
