CAThe apartment was clean, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The listing clearly advertises “pool” and “parking.” After arrival, we were informed that the pool is closed and only available in summer. This was not clearly stated in the listing where it says open all year round. Parking is also not private or guaranteed, only limited street spots.g When we raised this issue, the host responded in a rude and dismissive manner, suggesting that we cancel and leave if we were unhappy, being already there. Obviously, not a realistic option. In addition, the apartment itself feels poorly maintained. Several items are falling apart. While the space was clean, the condition of the furniture and fixtures does not match the expectations set by the photos and description. Transparency and maintenance are very important when hosting guests. I hope the listing is corrected and the apartment properly maintained for future visitors.

В раковине в ванной не уходила вода. Не хватало ножей. Холодильник очень маленький, плохо морозит

RUПрекрасные апартаменты. Позиционировались как на 4 человек( на букинге было заявлено: 1 спальня- двуспальная кровать; 1 гостинная- диван- кровать) . По факту: одна большая комната 🧖. Но мы нашли решение: сделали перестановку мебели: разделили комнату большим шкафом( который, кстати очень неудобно изначально был расположен;)) В комнате два окна в пол, так что получилось две "отдельные;" Кухня- прихожая отличная: достаточная для четверых. Ванная- туалет тоже норм! Заезд- выезд бесконтактный; на первом этаже есть локеры для хранения снаряги! В общем- впечатление хорошее!!! 😊
