It has been refurbished nit that long ago, but to a poor quality, it needs keeping on top of.

Lots or marks everywhere, damaged edge of kitchen work top with screws and shard of metal at the head height if a 2.5year old, no attempt of a repair at all, some as the rest of the property, it is in a poorly maintained condition. The garden was very overgrown with a lot of dog mess around (this may not be the owners fault, but the lack of clearing it should be attended to. The front door lock was very hard to lock and again with a 2vyear old not good, the owner when phoned said to use the side door, which was accessed by a path covered in dogs mess and with no key available it was not an option. One of the dining room chairs was very wobbly, it's just a flimsy cheap set, looks good but poor quality.

Worse house I’ve stayed in in 20 years how he can rent it out is beyond me was dirty spiders mouse’s cockroach in from room internet on and off showers not working disgusting

Clean and peaceful, feels like home

So friendly and helpful host absolutely perfect
