Kelingking Beach Villas

The staff were absolutely amazing , Lovely hosts , the breakfast was great and the rooms were big and spacious . Great location and I can’t fault anything . I would recommend staying here .

We enjoyed staying here! Very quiet , the room are facing some greenery area. Walking distance to Kelingking beach. Couple of local restaurants around. The staff was very kind in customizing some breakfast choices to our needs since we were feeling sick. Able to arrange taxi to harbour too. Filippo and Mika

Very new and very close to Kelingking Beach (walking distance). Small hotel with only 4 rooms.

No fridge in room and no daily servicing of rooms. Also breakfast menu very limited. (Might be because property is only 3 months old snd seems more things like swimming pool is still coming). Roads very bad getting to property but bad in general in the area.

The villa is clean, location is great close to Kelingking beach!

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the cleanliness was commendable, my overall experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the owner offered a transfer for 350,000 IDR, despite previously stating the cost was 300,000 IDR. This inconsistency is frustrating. During the transfer, the driver exhibited reckless behavior, driving aggressively and expressing frustration about needing to return home. We paid him 600,000 IDR for a tour starting at 10 AM, yet he didn’t walk with us as other drivers did with their tourists. Instead, he chose to remain distant and indifferent, displaying an egoistic attitude. As tourists from the USA, we traveled a long way and expected to be treated with respect and care; we didn’t stay at the hotel for free or travel without paying. Unfortunately, we were involved in an accident on Treehouse Road, resulting in me injuring my leg. Instead of offering assistance, the owner was dismissive and rude, prioritizing his schedule over our well-being. It was disheartening to see him choose to rest rather than support us in a difficult situation. While the cleaners did their job well, the overall attitude and actions of the owner overshadowed any positive aspects. I cannot recommend this hotel due to my experience with the owner and the safety concerns during the transfer.

The place is very close to klinking beach, clean, cozy and very beautiful

• Highlight : Kelingking is only about 250m away, easily walkable. • Staff are very friendly :) • Room is spacious and clean • New property overlooking some palm trees • Massage was very good !

• Minimal breakfast but good! (Omelet + coffee; must ask for a toast although there was no extra charge). • Although it wasn’t an issue for us, the property isn’t finished and there is cement in front of terrace. • Bathroom spacious but without windows and had a bit of a smell • Sometimes the hot water ran out and only cold (not an issue for me as it feels nice after hot day!)
