The pillows were too small and too soft

Having a kitchen to cook in but we unfortunately not able to use it due to not having a restful night.

The sensors in the rooms. We were in two different rooms that kept turning off the power every 10-15 minutes. The motions sensors would cut the power to the outlets and my husband has a CPAP machine. We weren’t made aware of this beforehand otherwise, we never would have booked here. Ultimately they said only some of the outlets would still work but by that time we were already sleep deprived after driving six hours just to get there.

Beautiful place

The lady at the front desk was very nice, even when the computers were not working, she was very apologetic. The parking is free which is great. It shares a parking lot with a chick fil a which is convenient.

Overall not a good place to stay. We got there at night and the hallways were very dark. When I entered the room, it was very stuffy like the window had not been opened in weeks. There was dark black hair EVERYWHERE. It was on the bed, the bathroom floor and the kitchen. It seemed as if the floors had not been cleaned whatsoever. The worst park is that the electricity kept going out in the room. come to find out that all the power in the room is on a motion censors. All the power goes out after 15-20 min, so I could not watch tv at all and my phone would stop charging after 15 min. In the morning my phone was dead. I reached out to staff and they said they would send someone up in the morning and no one ever showed up. We considered leaving early and finding another place to stay. There were other guests who were screaming and banging on walls during the night and the pool had red danger tape. No a good place to stay, there were better hotels in the area, do not stay here.
