Mainly everything! It's cozy, very good price, it is located very near to almost everything, friendly host, silent and comfortable, you have everything you need in the apartment!

Honestly? There is not one thing that you can't like at this place. Even if it would be, it is so affordable that you can't complain about anything...but there is nothing to complain about!
