Livingul este foarte comod și spațios. Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce este necesar, începând cu ustensile pentru a găti, până la fier de călcat și aspirator.

Având în vedere ca e apartament cu 3 dormitoare, ar fi nevoie de cel puțin încă un loc de parcare. Un singur loc de parcare este prea puțin.
