"Não tive estadia porque não me deram os códigos de acesso e não me atenderam mais o telemóvel"

Não gostei de nada , porque após efetuar a reserva , nume foram enviados os códigos de acesso ao quarto, não pude dormir nesse hotel e tive que me dirigir a outro. Falei com o número que estava identificado na reserva que fiz no booking, as 20:00 horas, a senhora disse que já me enviava os códigos e nada . Nunca mais atendeu o telemóvel e nunca enviou os códigos, após 1 hora de espera, tive que me dirigir a outro hotel para poder descansar.

Após ligar para o número que estava na minha reserva, disseram que me enviavam já os códigos e após 1 hora e várias tentativas de contacto, nunca mais me atenderam e Não me mandaram os códigos de acesso ao hotel. Tive que procurar outro hotel para poder descansar. PÉSSIMO MUITA FALTA DE RESPEITO E RESPONSABILIDADE PARA COM AS PESSOAS

Very clean although I had a issues with ants but I solved it myself but it’s a very cozy place and I’ll definitely revisit again.
