Oszałamiający widok z każdego poziomu! Dobra lokalizacja, cicha okolica. Spacerowa odległość do plaży, sklepów i restauracji. Wynajmowaliśmy oba dostępne apartamenty. Czego nie byliśmy świadomi- na samym dole ktoś mieszka. Lokatorzy absolutnie nie stanowili problemu, sympatyczni ludzie, ale dobrze wiedzieć, że są. Do apartamentów najlepiej wejść mijając dom i skręcając w lewo- tam jest właściwa wejściowa furtka. Apartament na 1 piętrze to 2 sypialnie z dużymi łóżkami, przestronny i wygodny salon z aneksem kuchennym, łazienką i 3 tarasami. Drugi, dwupoziomowy apartament to w sumie 2 oddzielne przestrzenie, do których wchodzi się na 2 piętrze. Jedna część to łazienka, salon z aneksem, sypialnia i 2 tarasy. Druga przestrzeń to część klatki schodowej zagospodarowanej na mini salonik, w którym stoi sofa. Dalej schody prowadzą do „dziwnej” sypialni z łazienką, którą widać na zdjęciach. Ogólnie, to bardzo fajnie, że jest tam toaleta, ale jako pełnoprawna łazienka to średnio jest do użytku, zwłaszcza jeśli jest się wysokim. Przedłużeniem tej części jest oczywiście taras z cudnymi widokami :) Dla naszej rodziny 4 osoby dorosłe + nastolatek- dom sprawdził się świetnie. Apartamenty są schludne, dość nowe i nowocześnie urządzone. Czyste i zadbane, bardzo przytulne. Wyposażone właściwie we wszystko, co potrzebne.

Zastrzeżenia? Niewielkie, to raczej drobne sugestie przekazane bardzo pomocnemu właścicielowi.

Très grand appartement lumineux avec grandes terrasses. Très propre et bien équipé. Environnement calme. Facile de stationner.

The location and views were the highlight of our stay.

Where to start. We booked the maisonette option as there were 6 of us. My husband and i had the upstairs bedroom and the rest of our family had the detached apartment with the one bedroom and sofa bed. You can't really tell from the pictures, but in the upstairs bedroom, to get to the bathroom (which is the size of a small closet - you are literally sitting on the toilet under the shower - and the shower is right next to the bed so water goes right next to the bed) you have to climb over the bed all the time and try not to fall down the stairs right next to the other side of the bed when you climb back over. Not that safe. The outside verandah (with the beautiful views) was double the size of the bed space. Shame they couldn't use that space for a bigger (actual) bedroom. My husband was taking an afternoon nap one day and when i opened the door to the maisonette i could smell smoke. He woke up and could smell smoke also so we got in touch with the site manager who then advised the owner who came up to check the issue which turned out to be melting cables and dodgy electrical work from the air conditioner. The owner was nice enough to come fix the cables while we were there however the next day the same smell was there again so we were a bit concerned. There is no aircon in the bedroom in the downstairs apartment, only in the kitchen area. The verandah upstairs had a chair shoved between the glass balestrate and the wall of the apartment so as to prevent anyone from potentially falling from that level. Would recommend keeping an eye on children at all times as this is not very safe. Not value for money at all. Do not recommend.

Lovely quiet area , beautiful sea view , and safe . It had everything required for the stay , and the owners were very helpful and responsive to our requests.

We stayed in the maisonette over 2 floors, and the stairs are too steep for older people or when having heavy luggage. The layout of the top floor was not very convenient as the bed is right at the top of the stairs, and the shower room is tucked between the wall and one side of the bed, so the person sleeping on the other side accesses it from the terrace. The WiFi connection was weak.

The whole apartment was fabulous. There was so much space. The kitchen was modern, sleek and quite user friendly, apart from the grill/oven. The mosquito mesh on the balcony doors were great. We could have fresh air circulating through the property. The washing machine was a surprise; would have brought less clothes & washing tabs. The view from the two main balconies down to the sea were great, especially under clear night skies and the full moon.

The lighting system was a little confusing. Too many light switches that weren't connected to any lights and couldn't find the switches for some of the external lights. No dimmer switches to tone down the brightness, especially as the apartment was mainly white in colour. The kitchen utensils were missing a can/tin opener and need to have silicon (or plastic) utensil so that the pans aren't scratched.

Appartement très lumineux, très bien aménagé avec deux très belles terrasses qui m’ont permis de profiter d’une belle vue mer. Il est très bien situé, proche de belles plages et et de nombreuses commodités. Je remercie aussi Panos pour sa disponibilité et l’organisation parfaite pour mon arrivée et mon départ.

Petit bémol : la mauvaise insonorisation du bâtiment. En occupant le 1er étage, on entend le moindre bruit provoqué par les voisins du dessus. Je conseillerais entre autre de veiller à placer des protections pour pieds de chaises et d’instaurer un règlement de courtoisie lorsque des locataires rentrent à 3h du matin. Mais ceci n’a en rien gâché mon séjour.

The apartment is new and very well located, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, our experience did not match what was advertised. The listing mentioned 2 separate bedrooms, but in reality there was only 1 bedroom. For our children (6 and 11 years old), the host explained that a second, completely separate apartment with its own entrance and key was provided. This was not at all suitable or safe — we would never leave our children alone in another unit, especially in case of emergency. In addition, the second apartment had direct access to a rooftop terrace without protective railings, which created another serious safety concern. Given these issues, the price felt too high for what we actually used. We essentially had only 1 bedroom, despite booking and paying for 2. We recommend that the listing be updated to accurately reflect the true sleeping arrangements and safety considerations, so that future guests can make an informed decision.

The property evokes mixed feelings. In this two-story apartment, the first level is very nice — beautiful views and everything you need. Location is great - few minutes walking from te see.

But the second level is not so much accessible from a separate staircase as it is actually on the staircase. This makes the upper space extremely small — to get into the tiny bathroom you literally have to roll over the bed, which is partially suspended above the stairs... On top of that, when neighbors turn on the staircase light, it also lights up the upstairs area. Since this upper space is tiny and poorly ventilated, it retains an unpleasant damp smell. Additionally, there are some leftover construction materials on the terrace. As for the dishes — they are washed by the previous tenant, and nobody checks them — so you may end up with dirty dishes.
