Friendly staff and the pool. My kids enjoyed it.

Cleanliness and the not well maintained furniture. The WC lavatory tap was not working well. I notified the management but was not solved.

The Deluxe room was spacious, very clean and well presented. Staff were amazing and the facilities were great.

This hotel staff lacks any understanding of professionalism. I arrived at the hotel and they said they had over booked, so they brought me to an apartment complex 10 minutes away that was under construction and told to sleep there instead. The room was full of mold (all over the ceiling), the bed sheets visibly had not been washed, and as the room was in an apartment building, it was loud and I did not feel safe.

Not a big variety of food and no bar. Selection of soft drinks very limited.
