"Não havia quartos disponíveis e paguei por um quarto"

Ao chegar no local fui informada que não haviam quartos disponíveis ,mesmo estando já pago. A funcionária ligou ao proprietário que foi super grosseiro , disse que a culpa era do booking e até hoje nunca recebi o valor que paguei . E ao olhar no Google verifiquei que também aconteceu o mesmo com vários hóspedes . Ainda voltei a falar com esse Sr pelo whatsapp e nunca resolveu nada

"Cozy stay at Guimaraes"

It was a cozy stay in the middle of Guimaraes. I went with the purpose of an language exam to take and this location was very close to the exam facilities. There are newrby supermarkets and restaurants which made it very easy to go for a temporal stay.

The bathroom was a regular bathtub with a shower head, and the surface was a bit slippery.

Прекрасный маленький отель. Дали самую лучшую комнату наверху в аттико. Вид из окна потрясающий, на город и горы. Соборы звонят на мессу. Горячая вода всегда. Номер тёплый. Очень удобные матрасы и подушки. Очень тёплые одеяла, хоть и тонкие. На общей кухне все есть. В соседнем доме супермаркет. Персонал очень вежливый. Только вывески на отеле нет, пока искали, пришлось поспрашивать в магазинчиках. Рекомендую отель от души. Hermoso hotel pequeño. Dieron la mejor habitación de arriba en аtico. La vista de la ventana es impresionante, sobre la ciudad y las montañas. Las catedrales llaman a misa. Agua caliente siempre. La habitación está caliente. Colchones y almohadas muy cómodos. Mantas delgadas, pero muy cálidas. La cocina compartida lo tiene todo. En la casa de al lado hay un supermercado. El personal es muy cortés. Solo no hay letreros en el hotel, mientras buscaban, tuve que preguntar en las tiendas. Recomiendo el hotel desde el corazón.
