We would like you to inform our guests that the swimming pool of the 3-bedroom sea view villa, the 5-bedroom sea view villa, and the 7-bedroom sea view villa can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days' advance notice for this facility. The cost of the heated pool can be pursued only with cash upon arrival. On the other hand, the swimming pool of the 5-bedroom, non-seaview villa is not heated.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

The owner, Georges, is super friendly, and was always available if needed. He gave us good addresses and even arranged for taxi once. The place is spotless, very well equiped with brand new equipments and furnitures.

"Beautiful villa in a special place!"

George is super accommodating. There was a little construction going on when we stayed, but he made sure that it didn't bother us. The place was brand new and very beautiful. The location is great, with a breathtaking view over Falasarna beach. It's really easy to get to and plenty of restaurants around. George is always there if you need him and provides some great tips!

I wasn't happy that I was not told by the rental agency that there was some construction work happening next door - but this has nothing to do with the villa or George. The construction is over now and George went out of his way to make sure the construction was not an issue when we were there.
