Nikos’ traditional house is an excellent choice for exploring the Heraklion region, since it is a reasonable driving time to all the “must see” southern awesome beaches and at the same time close to Heraklion city and Arkalochori town, where you can find anything you need. A car or motorbike is a must and highly recommended. The house is in total nature, in absolute privacy, surrounded by numerous olive trees. It is made of stone and apart from its beauty, it is in a very cool temperature all day long. We stayed for 8 nights during a very hot summer period and we did not turn on the air-conditioning machine a single minute. The house is very clean, more beautiful than it appears in the photos, equipped with anything you need for your stay. The living room / kitchen space is very big and in a super cool temperature all day long. We greatly enjoyed our meals either in the comfortable sofa and sofa table or in the rustic patio. Nicos is a great host, very kind, friendly and always responded very quickly to anything we needed. We felt like home and will definitely come back!

The place is very clean, confortable in the middle of olive forest. The host is very pleasant and responsive without being intrusive. We received vegetables from the garden and homemade ziporu as compliment from the host.

Everything was perfect and the host really nice and welcoming!
