Klipvis at Duykereiland

Die Lage nur wenige Minuten vom Meer war perfekt. Auch die Möglichkeit der Nutzung des Pools war wunderbar.

Wir hätten uns ein besseres "Lichtkonzept" gewünscht. Alle Nachttischlampen funktionierten nicht. Auch gab es kein Licht, dass ein Lesen im Wohnbereich hätte ermöglichen können bzw. gemütlich hätte abends sitzen können. Sehr schade fanden wir , dass es zwar einen Garten gab, jedoch dort keine Sitz- bzw Liegemöglichkeiten. Auch ein Sonnenschirm wäre hilfreich gewesen.

The location was amazing. Pool was amazing. nice spacious and secluded home. huge front yard space.

slightly dusty in some areas that looked clean. We only realized after a few hours that the geyser was switched off. Dishwasher would've been ideal especially considering that we had to leave clean dishes after checkout.

The sea view, being in close walking distance to the beach, seeing wildlife like small buck and mongoose around. The house was spacious and generally well equipped.

There is a large verandah/stoep where one ideally wants to spend time but there is no outside furniture which was disappointing. In instructing guests as to how to use the alarm it is worth noting that one needs to hold the remote button in for a while in order to ensure one is turning it off and on. We inadvertently triggered the alarm. The pillows could be improved for comfort.

The house was spacious and super clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The staff were super helpful and tried their best to sort out any issues. The oven was faulty and couldn’t be used but the owner ordered and paid for pizzas to make up for this. The pool was great and clean.

The alarm beam was faulty and would go off at all hours of the night. Security was great and arrived immediately.
