Posizione centrale, anche se un po rumorosa la sera poiché nel cuore della Movida

Il gabinetto è in uno stanzino minuscolo senza neanche una ventola. L area doccia non ha la porta. La porta all ingresso non è blindata o comunque molto robusta. Poi dormire sul soppalco non è il massimo.

L'emplacement hyper central. Istvàn était très réactif, ses indications pour récupérer la clé lors de notre arrivée de nuit étaient très claires. Il nous a écrit plein de conseils pour le quartier.

Il faut dépasser sa première impression en traversant les communs de l'immeuble.

Its was cozy clean and well kept in a great location too!

The washing machine was broken and had quite rude neighbours.

I enjoyed my stay. Facilities and comfort are not the best if you typically stay in hotels, it is an apartment in an old house, but it was clean and great value for money. The location is great, just walking distance from the airport bus stop, so it's easy to get there. The host is friendly, quick to respond, and helpful. Self check in instructions and practicalities are communicated well. Overall I enjoyed my stay there and would stay again.

We arrived at a clean place, warm and cosy. we met the owner in the midday when he came to clean. he was very helpful giving us directions where to go or eat or what to visit. the price was great compared to other places with a lot lower rating. I would highly recommend this nice place to everyone. they had everything you may need in there. hairdryer, electric devices in the kitchen, even coffee. the place is in the center of the city and you can walk to most of places.

the toilet was smelly but this was because of the construction of the building. it was very clean and we used the perfume which already in there.

The communication with the host was very good, we’ve got all the instructions and he would answear to any questions very quickly.
